Our fearless leader not only has a passion for beer, she is also a Mad Scientist by trade. Mindy's previous career was that of a DNA forensic scientist. She knows more about DNA and the life of living in a lab than almost anyone else in the US. She is an expert witness when it comes to DNA. She has taken her skillset to the beer game and applies her critical thinking to the world of retail and beer sales. If you are ever curious about what it's like to be a scientist, she's the one to ask!
